In pursuit of a lifelong dream, Cape Grace Executive Chef Bruce Robertson is opening his own restaurant in Cape Town this Festive Season.
Bruce’s passion and extraordinary talent have played a major role in elevating one.waterfront, the restaurant at Cape Grace, to a level where it is has received numerous accolades and is consistently voted as one of South Africa’s best.
Over the years Bruce has inspired, encouraged and shaped a solid team of chefs in his kitchen, a team that will continue to provide the dining experience that one.waterfront is renowned for.
He will not be bowing out easily and having just launched his innovative summer menu, will be assisting in an advisory capacity for a good few months to come.
